Cancellation Policy:
Where bookings are cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival, deposit monies will be refunded less a $30.00 administration fee. If cancelling within 7 days NO REFUND will be given. Cheques will be posted or refund made to credit card if paid by credit card.
IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US OF YOUR CANCELLATION, OR IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE BY 10 AM THE DAY AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL, THEN YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED BY MANAGEMENT WITH NO REFUND AVAILABLE.
Tariffs are not refundable if your stay is cut short. Bookings are not transferable to another person or another time.
